سياسة الشحن

نقوم حالياً بالشحن داخل جمهورية مصر العربية فقط.

مناطق وأسعار الشحن
- القاهرة والإسكندرية: [سعر الشحن] جنيه، مدة التوصيل من [3-5] أيام عمل.
- باقي المحافظات: [سعر الشحن] جنيه، مدة التوصيل من [3-5] أيام عمل.

معالجة الطلبات
- تتم معالجة الطلبات بعد تأكيد دفع العربون (50% من قيمة الطلب).
- سيتم التواصل معك عبر واتساب بعد إتمام الطلب لتأكيد التفاصيل وترتيب دفع العربون.
- مدة التحضير قبل الشحن من [1-3] أيام عمل بعد تأكيد العربون.

التوصيل
- يتم التوصيل حالياً بشكل مباشر من قِبل المتجر، وليس عن طريق شركة شحن خارجية.
- يتم تحصيل باقي المبلغ نقداً وقت التسليم.
- يرجى التأكد من تواجد شخص في عنوان التسليم لاستقبال الطلب وفحصه.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed after the deposit (50% of order value) is confirmed.
- You will be contacted via WhatsApp shortly after placing your order to confirm details and arrange deposit payment.
- Processing time before shipment is [1-3] business days after deposit confirmation.

Delivery
- Delivery is currently handled directly by the store (self-delivery), not a third-party courier.
- The remaining balance is collected in cash at the time of delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the order.
