سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

نشكرك على التسوق من متجر Woodora. يرجى قراءة هذه السياسة بعناية قبل إتمام الطلب.

العربون
- تتطلب جميع الطلبات دفع عربون غير مسترد بنسبة 50% من إجمالي قيمة الطلب، يتم دفعه عبر إنستاباي أو تحويل بطاقة قبل شحن الطلب.
- يتم دفع باقي المبلغ نقداً عند استلام الطلب (الدفع عند الاستلام).
- العربون غير مسترد تحت أي ظرف بعد دفعه، بما في ذلك حالات إلغاء الطلب من قبل العميل. تهدف هذه السياسة إلى تجنب الطلبات الوهمية أو الاحتيالية وتغطية تكاليف التحضير.

الاسترجاع والاستبدال
- في حال وصول المنتج تالفاً أو معيباً أو مختلفاً عن الطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرسال صور توضح المشكلة.
- يتم استبدال الطلبات المعتمدة بنفس المنتج أو برصيد للمتجر. لا يتم استرداد قيمة العربون نقداً.
- يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وفي تغليفها الأصلي لتكون مؤهلة للاستبدال.
- المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب غير قابلة للإرجاع إلا في حالة وجود عيب صناعة.

إلغاء الطلبات
- يمكن إلغاء الطلب بدون أي غرامة قبل دفع العربون.
- بعد دفع العربون، يُعتبر الطلب مؤكداً، ويُفقد العربون في حال إلغاء العميل للطلب.

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Woodora. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Deposits
- All orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value, paid via InstaPay or card transfer before the order is shipped.
- The remaining balance is paid in cash upon delivery.
- The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances once paid, including in cases of order cancellation by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
- If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Approved returns will be exchanged for the same item or store credit. The deposit is not refunded in cash.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, to be eligible for exchange.
- Custom-made items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled with no penalty before the deposit is paid.
- Once the deposit is paid, the order is confirmed, and the deposit is forfeited if cancelled.
